Lauren, anime and Japanese comic art

This picture is two of my "children."  They are two out of something like forty characters I've created.  The boy is named Duncan and the girl is his younger sister, Donalee.  I have to admit they are my favorite.   I'm currently writing a short story with Duncan in it."

I did this drawing shortly after my first anniversary with my boyfriend, Ben.  That's us as our anime alter-egos, Katchi and his girlfriend Shozenji, surrounded by sakura, cherry blossom petals.  Cute couple, ne?
